VIC GOLIOFocused on bringing strategic and executional excellence from every corner of the agency, Vic heads Chief Media day-to-day. Under his leadership, the company commits to a truly client-centric approach to ensure maximum business impact. Earning the confidence and trust of clients and coworkers alike is what Vic is all about. He brings 30+ years of sales and marketing expertise, working closely with companies of all sizes, to achieve breakthrough sales results.
From NY to LA, Vic has built and managed multiple teams in multiple regions garnering multimillions in revenue. He took up the mantle to help create the first interactive media sales agency at the dawn of web advertising, and then moved to develop the media and technology DR powerhouse that is Chief Media today. Away from the fray, fatherhood rules. Vic encourages 2 young daughters, coaching T-ball, mastering swimming, and shuttling to gymnastics. Ignored and dejected, his golf clubs cry out for some attention.
JOSH WINOGRADJosh comes to Chief Media through the investment into Futures Media, a technology company focused on bridging the gap between linear television inventory and auction based media buyers.
Chief Strategy Officer
In his role with Chief Media Josh leads innovation efforts, strategic partnerships and investments, revenue and new business for the company. Prior to founding Futures Media, Josh was co-founder to one of the first online video advertising platforms Adotube which was sold to Exponential Interactive. Earlier in his career Josh helped lead new business initiatives for Innovation Interactive which included 360i and SearchIgnite as portfolio brands; Innovation Interactive was ultimately acquired by Dentsu.
JOHN MCTIGUEResponsible for chartering the financial health of the agency and unlocking growth opportunities for the company, John leads as CFO of Chief Media. While in this role since the earliest days, John was also named COO more recently to further develop and sustain the company as a best-in-class media and technology direct response firm.
Chief Operating/Financial Officer
A CPA with 30+ years in executive financial management, John honed his skills at a public accounting firm, but caught the high-tech innovation bug and left to head up a high-tech manufacturing company. From there, John went on to successfully position a portfolio of high-tech start-ups for growth and expansion, before joining the core team to launch Chief Media.
John’s a builder, mover, and shaker and he likes it that way. Away from the office, John can be found encouraging growth with his bare hands, working the land or woodworking on projects of all kinds. The only distraction? A Mets game. It will always tear him away.
RICK OLLERA big thinker with big ideas and transformative solutions that fuel the way companies do business, Rick leads technology at Chief Media. And technology at our DR agency makes all the difference. Rick designed and developed Continuum, Chief Media’s unique advanced attribution and analytics platform. It’s the only platform that enables the most granular media response intelligence, including adapting and learning, to truly maximize ROI.
Chief Technology Officer
Bringing 25+ years’ experience to developing and managing cutting-edge technology, Rick has led teams for more than half his career as either CIO or CTO in banking, healthcare, education, and media. He has also written about technology for the last 10 years, penning numerous articles and contributing to books on the subject. Unplugged from tech, you can find Rick regularly hiking in the wilderness or mastering painting. Of course, that’s when he is not inspiring graduate students as an adjunct professor in technology and design.
NICHOLE MAURIELLOChief Media knows its greatest asset is its people. As Account Director, Nichole sets the highest bar for client service. She leads an exceptionally responsive and knowledgeable account team who work in active partnership with clients every day to achieve high ROI performance.
Driven by a passion for successful client outcomes, Nichole gets immersed in each client’s business and earns the role of trusted advisor. She is a master of cross-functional management and collaboration, keeping a steady pulse on research, media planning, buying, traffic, digital, and technology.
Her expertise is in both traditional and direct response advertising, honing her media skills working on premium brands at large New York agencies. Following that, she joined Chief Media to work her magic on the account side. And, Nichole is fast on her feet. Outside of the office, she is chasing her dog, Mason and actively working to become a certified kickboxing instructor.
CHRISTINE ADAMSResearch, resolved, problem solved. Christine manages meaningful change in the daily operations of the agency and delivers continuous improvement to better serve clients and support our outstanding team. A ninja at uncovering process and performance enhancements and developing actionable plans to make it all happen, Christine embodies strategic and operational excellence.
Director of Operations
Intuitive, insightful and practical, she taps into what is possible, bringing depth and breadth from 21 years of successful media experience in a variety of roles. She understands the business from every angle—as a DR client, as a Senior Media Director driving millions in annual DR spending, and as Account Director responsible for strategy, growth and retention. A one-woman band? Pretty close, yet she thrives on collaboration and open communication to tackle challenges, identify opportunities, and create new solutions that deliver impact. Just as immersed in work, she is at home juggling power rangers, dinosaurs, cars, baseball, and karate to keep up with her two young boys.
AMY IABONIAs Media Director, Amy fosters a performance-first culture that rallies around delivering breakthrough results for clients. Her outstanding leadership in cross-platform planning, buying, and performance analytics propels clients to return time and again to Chief Media. With 20 years of direct response media experience, Amy knows how to get the best from her team to achieve on-point and measurable impact for clients.
Amy began her media career as an analyst, quickly jumped to supervise and train a team of analysts working on multimillion-dollar accounts, and then went on to become a stellar broadcast buyer before joining Chief Media’s launch team. Her approach is strategic, nimble, and bold. Her reputation is as a skilled negotiator, creative problem-solver, and great communicator.
Amy’s got all the moves, and not just in media. Since majoring in ballet and modern dance at college, Amy hits the studio whenever possible. Two young sons into soccer, lacrosse, and baseball however, make that a stretch.
LEAH FOXLeah takes a data-driven approach to support Chief's digital clients and their unique goals. As Digital Media Director, Leah manages a team of passionate digital marketers who oversee Chief’s digital marketing strategy and activation.

Over the last 11 years, Leah has led the digital marketing efforts for a variety of consumer brands, working both on the agency side and client direct. She has extensive experience managing growth and retention through digital, with a key focus on driving performance goals. Leah's love of data and analytics naturally drew her to digital marketing, and she can often be found digging into the numbers to solve client challenges. Whether it’s media planning, display buying, paid search, or social, Leah's strong channel experience allows her to best meet her clients’ needs.
When Leah is not deep in an Excel spreadsheet, she can be found enjoying good meals with friends, traveling, hiking, and spending time at home with her husband and two cats.
LAURA DANIELTracking has to be on track so that data can reveal the multi-layered story of users’ conversion paths. As Director of Implementation, Laura has been involved in online ad operations and implementation for over a decade.

She created QA programs and Best Practices to ensure tracking is implemented correctly so data can flow effortlessly from homepage to conversion. She has supported multi-million-dollar clients in hospitality, ecommerce, and banking, and enjoys building bridges between clients’ dev teams and Chief’s marvelous Media and Technology Teams.
When she’s not online, Laura’s performing in new musicals and plays Off Broadway and filming episodes for her web series, Laura Loves NY.
ERICA LADISAs Associate Media Director, Erica is here to be the Director’s right-hand-(wo)man. She enthusiastically takes on the role of helping manage the entire buying team and ensures that client objectives and strategic needs are met.
Associate Media Director
Her career in direct response started over 10 years ago as an Assistant Media Buyer. With her attention to detail, in depth knowledge of media metrics, and impressive negotiation skills Erica quickly moved up the ladder to become a Senior Media Buyer and Supervisor.
Her leadership abilities and reputation as the office problem solver have now led to her well-deserved position as the Associate Media Director. Erica prides herself on being a very hands on leader at the company making sure to stay involved with all client matters from inception to execution, offering guidance along the way.
As a native New Yorker, born and raised in Brooklyn, she is not shy to speak her mind in a positive and constructive way. Outside of work she is very busy chasing after her nephews and niece, along with her extensive involvement in her local Greek Orthodox Church.
