Digital Campaign Supervisor – SEM
The Digital Campaign Supervisor manages all paid search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns from inception through post-campaign analysis and summary reporting. The Digital Campaign Supervisor will manage all paid search campaigns on Google, Yahoo and Bing, as well as other search and display marketing engines. He/She will effectively manage paid search budgets and work with the Digital and Account teams in order to maximize ROI, drive traffic, and customers.
You will have the opportunity to work closely with internal departments and directly with clients to execute target strategies and drive revenue through paid search. It is expected that you will be a fast-paced, self-motivated person who is detail oriented and able to keep multiple initiatives moving at once.
REQUIRED ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION
-Lead search strategy and manage all client campaigns and optimizations based on client goals and direction
-Analyze individual campaign performance to derive actionable insights to improve performance and conversion rates
-Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns
-Coordinate Search channel’s day-to-day trafficking, QA, test execution, optimization and troubleshooting.
-Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns
-Track and manage monthly search budgets towards performance goals.
-Recommend optimizations for copy and landing pages to increase conversion KPIs
-Perform ongoing paid keyword discovery, expansion and optimization
-Research and analyze competitor advertising links
Skills/Abilities and Knowledge
-6+ years of direct experience managing search engine marketing with a proven track record of driving ROI – specifically in setup, monitoring, reporting, analysis, optimization, budget pacing and forecasting, keyword research and expansion, competitive benchmarking, and overall search strategy.
-In-depth understanding of key industry metrics and the ability to recognize how they drive the business (e.g. CPC, CTR, CPA, Quality Score).
-Proficiency in understanding offline conversion KPIs to ensure campaigns are optimized to all acquisition sources.
-Experienced in using paid search online tracking and management tools (e.g. Adwords, Microsoft Bing Ads, Yahoo! and other SEM tools).
-Knowledgeable about current marketing trends, advertising tactics, and CPA business models.
-Familiarity with Online Analytics platforms, preferably Google Analytics.
-Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
-Ability to analyze and interpret data to make recommendations based on analysis and expertise.
-Ability to make decisions and solve problems while working under pressure.
-Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to think strategically.
-Advanced knowledge of Excel
-Experience in search and ad trafficking, ad operations, and pixel management are all a strong plus.
-Experience managing a budget.
-Knowledge of Direct Response marketing
-Google AdWords Certified
-Google Analytics Certified
-Bing Ads Accredited Professional
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related discipline and/or an equivalent experience required.
